SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship via USPS from Auburn, California. All orders under $35 are charged a flat rate of $8.95, orders over $35 enjoy free shipping. We WANT you to get your stuff shipped free!
We love enclosing product samples and other surprises as our little way of expressing a BIG thank you!
We are a small, hands-on team and we do our best to get your orders shipped quickly. You will receive an order confirmation email and another email letting you know when your order has shipped. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over shipping times. Lost and/or delayed packages are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues!
During peak times of high order volume (such as the holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's day, etc.) we appreciate you allowing us an additional 1-3 business days for order processing. Please see our updated shipping estimates to ensure you get your order in time. Order early if possible!
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as products being out of stock or supply chain issues, we will reach out to you and make a plan to make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchanges
We offer store credit on sealed, unopened, unused products only within 7 days of receipt with your online order number.
Ship back your product to us and a store credit for the retail amount (plus applicable sales tax) will be sent via an online coupon code.
All sales are final once the products have been opened due to the hygienic nature of personal care products.
